今回、新しいお豆としてご紹介するのは、コスタリカ・タラスの高地で育まれた Pura Vida Honey です。

We are excited to introduce a new coffee from the highlands of Tarrazú, Costa Rica: Pura Vida Honey.

When we first tasted this coffee, what stood out to us was its gentle brightness and the way its texture seemed to soften the mind as we kept drinking.

Transparent citrus notes.
The soft roundness of stone fruit.
And the supple sweetness and smooth mouthfeel that are characteristic of a honey process.

Rather than making a loud or dramatic impression, this is a cup that opens quietly and gracefully. That is part of its charm.

The Meaning of “Pura Vida”

The phrase “Pura Vida” is widely known as one of the words that symbolizes Costa Rica.

Literally, it means “pure life,” but its meaning goes far beyond that.
