このコーヒーは他に代わりがない
そう世界の審査員が判断したときにのみ与えられる称号です。

Bella Elizabeth はその中で第2位 という評価を受けました。

 

 

家族農園が積み重ねてきた時間

このコーヒーが生まれたのは、グアテマラ北西部 Huehuetenango。

家族の名を冠した Bella Elizabeth 農園では
世代を超えてコーヒーづくりが受け継がれてきました。

Bourbon と Caturra

クラシックな品種構成
ウォッシュトプロセス。

奇をてらうのではなく、ひとつひとつを丁寧に積み重ねた結果がこの完成度につながっています。

 

味わいについて

一口目は澄んだ酸と透明感。

温度が下がるにつれて果実の印象と甘さが整い余韻が静かに長く続きます。

派手さはありません。けれど、飲み終えたあとに確かな満足感が残る。

評価された理由が自然と理解できる味わいです。

In 2025, in Guatemala,
at the Cup of Excellence, where cuppers from around the world gather,
this coffee was awarded 2nd Place
in the One of a Kind category.

We are pleased to begin serving
Bella Elizabeth
starting January 2.

What “One of a Kind” means

The One of a Kind category is not determined by score alone.

Variety
Processing
Overall balance and completeness
and the character that exists only in that specific lot.

Only when judges agree that
“this coffee cannot be replaced by any other”
is this distinction awarded.

Bella Elizabeth received this recognition
and was ranked 2nd Place among them.

A coffee shaped by generations

This coffee comes from Huehuetenango,
in the northwestern highlands of Guatemala.

At Finca Bella Elizabeth,
a family farm named after a beloved daughter,
coffee production has been passed down through generations.

Bourbon and Caturra varieties,
a classic washed process.

Nothing excessive,
only careful, steady work over time,
leading to this remarkable level of quality.

About the flavor

The first sip reveals
clarity and a bright, transparent acidity.

As the temperature cools,
fruit notes and sweetness come into balance,
followed by a long, gentle finish.

It is not a flashy coffee.
Yet it leaves a quiet sense of satisfaction
long after the cup is empty.

You can understand why it was chosen
with every sip.
